Set of 6 Tulip chairs for Knoll International, 1970s

Set of 6 Tulip chairs designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll International. This series dates from the 70s and comes from the same house. They are signed Knoll International under the base, under the Rilsan. The chairs are fixed. Concerning the condition: the shells are in very good condition, no cracks or chips. The light orange woolen foams and fabric are original and still in good condition. There are some Rilsan jumps on the base (at the edge of the disc) on 5 feet. There is a discoloration on the top of the back of a chair. This one can be re-lacquered. The last photos show these imperfections. Despite these marks of time, it is a beautiful lot that still has many years to live because the structures are healthy. The price takes into account the imperfections.
