Framed lithograph with ethnic decoration, signed and dated

Old framed lithograph in black and white. Asian or african ethnic decor, with indication of a mountain at the bottom left. Signature (to be deciphered) and date 1951 lower right. The frame was repainted black (in a hurry) and there is an attempt at repair (see last photo). Which does not detract from the beauty of the print itself, ultra detailed, and with its suitable mat. Dimensions: * frame: 39.5 cm X 31.5 cm. * litho: 13.5 cm X 10 cm. Flea market and collectible item!.
