Oil signature panel to identify asiart old asian man pipe

We have not been able to identify the artist of this oil on panel. On the back of this oil we find a label "asiart guarantees that this work of art has been selected by it in the country of origin and imported by its services". It represents a man probably indochinese with a pipe, it was made with a nice technique. It is well supervised. This oil is in good condition with some friction and micro-scratches, small white spots or will of the artist to the left of the pipe. Small friction and gilding wear on the frame.
