Bacchanal vase 1950' in Limoges porcelain

Small gourd-shaped vase (flat belly & small collar), signed by marcel chaufriasse (1926-1990) In limoges porcelain with paste-on-dough decoration = on a biscuit of a colored background, we paint in relief with slip, then covered transparently, to reveal the decoration in transparency, with a lot of depth; antique cameo style. Here, covered cobalt blue, and application of a decoration in white representing on one side a scene of bacchanal (dancing women & satyr playing music), on the back a coat of arms, handles in the shape of heads, golden friezes. Midcentury 1950' Very nice quality & good condition, but some small chips on the edges (see photos).
