Vintage René Gabriel sideboard, old furniture known as disaster victims

Belonging to so-called reconstruction furniture, it is part of the so-called disaster furniture, offered after the war to families who lost everything following the bombings. Dimensions 153x47xh96cm. Solid oak and oak veneer. 5 drawers, 2 doors. 2 functional original keys and locks. Interior vintage coating of drawers and shelves to be revised possibly. Compass feet. Dovetail mounted drawers. Normal traces of use and age: scratches (notably one on the top), dents, a warped low shelf, discoloration and coloring of the wood and varnish (one on the top), varnish drips on the interior faces of the doors. Everything is visible in the photos. Very beautiful patina, good general condition. The drawers slide well.
