Hand candle holder in blue and white enameled canvas

Hand candle holder or vintage cellar rat it is made of blue and white speckled enameled sheet metal the base is corrugated small handle for easy transport which gives it its name! There are some traces of time and therefore rust in a few places but nothing to hinder it, it is really very beautiful!
