Description
Sublime old art nouveau vase, early 1900s, artisanal and hand-painted slip earthenware, elongated pear shape, neck with relief of large bramble leaves, quadripod base with slight reliefs, bottom of the vase with relief of sepals, 2 handles on the top (stems of bramble leaves). Flamed glazed earthenware, turquoise on the top, moss green on the bottom. 1 side of the vase painted at the front in the center, silver and gold art nouveau geometric pattern, the leaves, the handles and the foot were visibly gold and silver, only vestiges of these colors remain. 30cm max height, 11cm width at handles, approximately 13cm max diameter. Very good general condition given its age, apart from the faded gilding and silvering, some discreet manufacturing defects (poor distribution of the varnish not very visible), cracks from time on the surface of the varnish and some small marks from time (small scratches) one light hair on the neck, practically invisible. No mark, numbered 1690 and a 5 painted under the base. Around 1,300kg.
